Leiden University (International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution)
These programs have strengthened his comparative legal understanding and cross-border perspective.
After completing his LL.B, Mr. Kakakhel was enrolled as an Advocate of the Subordinate Courts on 18 January 2014, where he began active trial-level litigation in civil and criminal matters.
On 20 February 2016, he was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts, following which his practice expanded significantly into constitutional petitions, service matters, taxation litigation, and public interest cases before the Peshawar High Court.
On 15 February 2024, after fulfilling statutory requirements and maintaining professional standing, he was enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
